Role:
Our client is an innovative company in the field of plant-based foods, specialising in the development and production of modern meat alternatives. Using innovative technologies and high-quality ingredients, sustainable products are created that combine taste, quality, and environmental awareness. The company aims to actively shape the nutrition of the future and make plant-based alternatives attractive to a broad target group.

Responsibilities:
You accompany the commercial area as a strategic financial interface and support sales and account management with meaningful analyses and recommendations for action.
You examine the development of net sales, contribution margins, and margins and assess the profitability of individual customers, channels, products, and sales campaigns.
You keep an eye on trade investments, rebates, and listing fees and ensure their correct representation in financial planning.
You translate sales plans and promotion calendars into reliable budgets and financial forecasts and explain the main variances in the monthly closing.
You prepare decision-making bases for management and optimise financial reports, key figures, and Power BI dashboards.
Qualifications:
You have at least five to eight years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, commercial finance, sales controlling, or a similar function.
You combine strong analytical skills with a confident understanding of profit and loss accounts, revenue models, and margin development.
You impress with communication skills, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking, use AI to improve your work, and move confidently between strategic planning and operational day-to-day business.
Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
