Your Tasks

• You assist in building a motivated nursing team with a training mandate and support vocational education as a contact person for apprentices and HF students
• As a key contact person, you motivate and enable patients to actively shape their recovery process and pursue their goals
• You contribute your valuable experience and perspective to the interprofessional team, thereby helping to ensure high treatment quality
• As a nursing key contact person, you accompany and support patients and maintain contact with their relatives
• You create a varied daily structure and actively participate in weekly activities (e.g. sports group or discussion group)
• You are responsible for the entire treatment planning from admission to discharge

Your Profile

• You are a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad recognised in Switzerland)
• You have an interest in complex issues and results-oriented professional discussions
• You enjoy working as a key contact person and shaping the nursing process from admission to discharge
