For our client, a health insurance company in the Aargau region, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as Group Leader UVG (100%) with pronounced communication skills.

Your Tasks

You are a communicative, decisive personality who keeps an overview even in demanding situations while also having an eye for detail. You want to take on a responsible position and actively contribute your enthusiasm and expertise.

Together with your team of seven employees, you ensure the efficient, precise, and high-quality processing of all personal injury claims. This includes minor cases, standard damage cases, as well as complex UVG damage cases. You place great value on clear processes, legally secure decisions, and compliance with legal requirements.

With your motivating and inspiring manner, you create a positive working environment and promote the further development of your team. You know how to support, empower employees, and achieve goals together.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in handling complex UVG damage cases

• Leadership experience or experience in a deputy role is an advantage; alternatively, the motivation and potential to take on a leadership role

• Appreciative and understanding interaction with others

• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written

• French and Italian language skills are an advantage
