Administrative Assistant
Department of Civil Engineering, District 1 Chur | 50-100 % | Chur
The Department of Civil Engineering is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of the cantonal roads as well as water engineering and slow traffic in Graubünden. In addition, we take care of the operational maintenance of the national roads in the canton. The canton’s road infrastructure includes over 1,450 civil engineering structures, including bridges at dizzying heights of up to 90 metres and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges posed by the nature of our mountain canton in summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Road Maintenance Department in District 1 Chur from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.
- Support of the Head of Administration in the areas of secretarial work and finance
- Counter, telephone and mail service
- Processing of debtors and creditors
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field
- Precise and reliable way of working
- Confidence in correspondence and enjoyment in dealing with numbers
- Good IT user skills (MS Office)
