As part of a planned succession, it is currently seeking an Administrative Manager to gradually take over financial management, human resources and administration. A handover period accompanies this appointment to ensure a structured and sustainable transition.
Your tasks with your new employer
- You independently handle general and analytical accounting, debtors, creditors, VAT as well as cash flow monitoring
- You prepare monthly closings, the annual budget, reporting for management and the various elements necessary for the annual closing
- You manage all payroll and HR administration, from contracts and work certificates to social insurance and absence monitoring
- You coordinate recruitment and integration of new employees while ensuring reliable follow-up of various personnel-related procedures
- You ensure general secretarial duties and become a key contact for management, banks, authorities, insurance companies and external service providers
- You hold a central and versatile role where your organisation, autonomy and ability to manage multiple priorities directly support management
You offer your new employer
- You have a higher education in finance, accounting or business management, such as a Federal Diploma, a University of Applied Sciences degree or an equivalent qualification
- You have three to five years of experience in a similar versatile role, ideally within an industrial or craft SME
- You are a native French speaker and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, while German is an asset
- You are proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook and comfortable with management tools, notably FileMaker, as well as learning new software
- You are reliable, discreet and versatile, with a good entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of priorities and a desire to commit long-term
