CNC Polymechanic (m/f/d)

For our client, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated CNC polymechanic. In this varied role, you will be responsible for the independent setup and operation of CNC machines and the production of precise individual and series parts. You will work autonomously and actively contribute to the quality and optimisation of production processes.

Your Tasks

• Create, adjust and optimise CNC programmes
• Independently set up and operate CNC machines
• Manufacture precise individual and series parts
• Inspect produced workpieces using appropriate measuring instruments
• Document and ensure the required quality
• Optimise manufacturing workflows and production processes
• Assist in implementing technical improvements

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in CNC machining
• Good knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc or Heidenhain
• Confident handling of machines, tools and measuring instruments
• Technical understanding and strong quality awareness
• CAM knowledge is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Independent, precise and reliable working style
• Team spirit and high commitment
