Your tasks
- First point of contact for our customers in the service area
- Acceptance of repair and service orders
- Competent advice on service and repair services
- Preparation of cost estimates and invoices
- Coordination and scheduling between customers and workshop
- Ensuring a smooth process in day-to-day business
- Maintenance of customer relationships and active customer care
Your profile
- Completed technical training in the automotive industry (e.g. mechatronics technician, automotive specialist) or in the commercial sector with experience in the automotive industry
- Several years of experience in customer contact, ideally in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills, organised and resilient
- High service and customer orientation
- You master German fluently and confidently in style and negotiation, English at least at B1 level; good IT user skills
- Driving licence category B
