Milling Operator

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a milling operator wishing to join a human-sized company and develop in a pleasant working environment.

Your tasks:

1. Production

• Carry out milling operations on oscillating masses.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and established quality standards.
• Identify and report manufacturing defects or irregularities.

2. Quality control

• Perform regular quality checks on finished products to guarantee their accuracy and functionality.
• Document and report any quality or non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve problems and improve processes.

3. Equipment maintenance

• Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance operations as needed.
• Report breakdowns or malfunctions to the maintenance team.

4. Team collaboration

• Work closely with other members of the production team to achieve production goals.
• Effectively communicate relevant information regarding the production process and quality requirements.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable using Willemin Macodel CNC Milling machines.
• Knowledge of milling techniques.
• Ability to use various milling tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of technical specifications and quality standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to the quality of the final product.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to achieve production objectives.
• Ability to manage time efficiently to meet production deadlines.
