Property Manager (60-100%)

For our client – a renowned, traditional Swiss large company with modern structures – we are looking for two motivated property professional personalities to strengthen our approximately 12-member management team in Zurich-West.

In this role, you are the heart of portfolio management. You manage exciting commercial and operational properties as well as residential buildings in the Zurich economic area and take charge from A to Z:

• You hold the reins – from market-compliant initial and re-letting to proactive vacancy management.
• As a confident owner representative, you are in daily contact with tenants, caretakers, craft businesses, and authorities. You build strong relationships and resolve concerns in a solution-oriented manner.
• During periodic inspections, you keep an overview, write professional condition assessments, and confidently handle tenant changes and property handovers.
• You manage (co-)ownership properties and represent the owner’s interests at meetings and assemblies.
• You ensure structural and contractual maintenance and actively participate in exciting conversion and renovation projects.

• You have at least 5 years of solid professional experience in independent property management (commercial and mixed portfolios are an advantage).
• A federal diploma as a property manager.
• You express yourself confidently and negotiably in German (additional foreign languages are not required).
• You are an organisational talent with high social competence, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of teamwork.
