Your Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of an agile product team - both hands-on in code and at the architecture level
- Responsibility for architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, as well as quality, performance, and security standards
- Development and further development of modern backend and fullstack solutions with Java and React
- Close collaboration with product owners, business stakeholders, and architecture teams
- Digitalisation, automation, and integration of complex business processes
- Coaching and further development of the developers in the team
- Establishment and continuous improvement of engineering standards such as clean code, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Active participation in shaping the technological direction and software architecture
Our Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable practical experience
- Several years of experience as a software engineer with Java (Spring Boot) and/or React
- Experience as a technical lead or in a comparable technical leadership role
- Profound knowledge of modern software architectures such as domain-driven design and modular or hexagonal architectures
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure or AKS)
- Knowledge of working with relational databases; NoSQL experience is an advantage
- Experience with modern DevOps processes, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Communicative personality with enthusiasm for coaching and knowledge transfer
- Very good German and English skills
