Your tasks

• Receipt, checking, coordination and processing of print orders from the cantonal administration
• Plotting, copying and scanning
• Operation of large format plotters and digital printing devices
• Post-processing of printed materials (cutting, folding, binding, laminating and stapling)
• Professional and competent customer service
• Maintenance and care of printing output devices
• Preparation and control of print data for production

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as Printing Technologist EFZ (Reprography)
• Technical flair for digital printing machines
• Solid MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
• Professional experience advantageous
• High quality awareness
• Independent working style
• Good German skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B

Your working environment

The Services Department of the Building Office of the Canton of Zug is responsible as a service provider for the cantonal offices for various tasks such as postal service and courier services, reprography (printing, plotting), relocations/furniture and building services/cleaning.

The DLZ team (repro, postal and courier service) ensures, among other things, the efficient handling of postal processing as well as tasks in repro. Operating digital printing devices, large format plotters as well as franking machines and scanners is no challenge for you and you always keep an overview even in hectic situations.
