Operational Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss technology company. The company develops and sells technical solutions for demanding applications and operates in an innovative, technically oriented environment. Quality, reliability and international collaboration characterise the company.
Responsibilities:
You process orders and ensure material availability.
You keep an overview of delivery dates and open procurement processes.
You coordinate import procedures together with the responsible internal departments.
You keep ERP data on suppliers, items and orders up to date.
You support project managers with purchasing-related matters.
Coordination with the warehouse is also part of your duties.
You independently carry out administrative tasks in purchasing.
You contribute to process optimisation in internal workflows.
Qualifications:
Professional experience in operational purchasing and commercial practice are required.
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and common office applications.
Technical understanding, ideally with basic electrical engineering knowledge.
You are characterised by a structured and reliable way of working.
You enjoy working in small teams and take responsibility in day-to-day business.
Interest in digitalisation and efficient work processes is desired.
You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written.
French language skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
