Your tasks – our position
- Ensure the reception and care of patients within the framework of nephrology consultations at MEDIN and the Bienne Hospital Centre (CHB)
- Perform blood sampling and urine tests
- Organise consultations in collaboration with the secretariat
- Manage correspondence with and for patients
- Participate in the management of patient files and the drafting of medical reports
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes in collaboration with the medical team
- Work regular hours, Monday to Friday
Your skills – our expectations
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a medical assistant, complemented by professional experience
- Ability to work independently, with rigour and stress resistance
- Welcoming personality, patient-oriented, with a sense of responsibility and service
- Team spirit, flexibility and good organisational skills
- Motivation and interest in a varied activity within a specialised service
- Native French or German speaker, with good oral knowledge of the other language
