- Administration of user accounts and resolution of technical issues
- Management of IT assets and coordination with external service providers
- Monitoring via PRTG
- Participation in projects in the areas of Cloud, M365, Azure, Entra ID
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments and M365 platforms
- Experience in client engineering and device management required
- Understanding of support processes such as incident and problem management
- Strong service orientation and excellent coordination skills within the team
- Responsibility for professional leadership and team development
- Working with modern Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms
- Varied activities between leadership and operational support
- Involvement in structuring and further development of IT processes
Responsibilities
