Junior Finance and Reporting Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 120,000Role:
As a Junior Controller at our ROCKEN partner, you support the preparation, analysis and interpretation of financial data and company key figures. You participate in financial statements and planning processes, examine financial developments and create decision-making bases for management. Together with a small team, you further develop reporting and controlling processes in a modern technological environment.
Responsibilities:
You support the team with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and participate in budgeting, forecasts and other planning processes.
You prepare reports, key figures and management analyses and present the results clearly.
You analyse costs, revenues and profitability and prepare occasion-related evaluations as well as decision-making bases for management.
You compare planned values with actual results and investigate the causes of deviations.
You ensure the quality of financial data through careful checks and plausibility controls.
You maintain dashboards and controlling evaluations and further develop them according to requirements.
You actively contribute to the optimisation of controlling processes and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification forms your professional foundation. Further training in finance or controlling is an advantage.
You already have initial professional experience in controlling, finance or accounting.
You work confidently with MS Excel and ideally also have knowledge of Power BI.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as with reporting tools complements your profile.
You combine analytical thinking and a strong understanding of numbers with enthusiasm for digital tools and the use of artificial intelligence.
Your working style is structured, responsible and discreet. You keep an overview even in demanding situations and enjoy working in a team.
You communicate fluently in German and have good written and spoken English skills.
