You take over the support and further development of a central ERP solution in the area of human resources and payroll.
You ensure the stable and reliable operation of the supported HR and payroll applications.
You are the central interface between HR, payroll, IT, specialist departments and external solution partners.
You analyse professional and technical requirements, assess their impact and translate them into suitable solutions.
You support the mapping and optimisation of HR and payroll processes within the application landscape.
You analyse disruptions and errors in the applications, coordinate their resolution and ensure a sustainable solution.
You accompany releases, updates and functional extensions - including planning, testing, documentation and introduction.
You support ensuring the correct processing of HR and payroll data as well as analysing data and interface problems.
You manage interfaces to adjacent systems and ensure a reliable data flow between the involved applications.
You support the implementation of legal, regulatory and professional requirements in the area of HR and payroll.
You participate in projects for the further development and modernisation of the HR system landscape.
You identify optimisation potentials and contribute your own ideas to simplify processes, automate them and improve user-friendliness.
Qualifications:
You have a training or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
You have experience in application management, ERP environment or in supporting business applications.
Ideally, you bring knowledge in HR systems, payroll or comparable business processes.
You have a good understanding of personnel administration, payroll processes or the technical mapping of HR processes.
You can analyse professional requirements and translate them into technical solution approaches.
You have experience in error analysis and structured troubleshooting of applications.
Knowledge of databases, SQL, interfaces or data integration is an advantage.
You are familiar with change, release and test processes or want to develop further in these areas.
A strong awareness of data protection, confidentiality and careful handling of sensitive personnel and payroll data is a matter of course for you.
You work in a structured, reliable and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with time-critical issues.
