YOUR TASKS
- You take care of the care and support of our patients and work closely with our doctors
- You are responsible for the development and maintenance of quality-improving measures regarding wound management and stomas in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Phase-appropriate treatment of chronic and acute wounds as well as stoma care and advice are also part of your duties.
- You take care of the selection of the necessary wound care products for wound management according to medical prescription and wound status, as well as the provision of additionally required aids
- Your tasks include the prophylaxis and treatment of complications according to medical prescription as well as outpatient follow-up control and evaluation of the organised and implemented measures
- In addition, you take on the advice, care and training of those affected and their relatives for self-care, taking resources into account
- Inpatient, you also participate in the co-organisation of discharge management
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF with certificate in wound management
- Professional experience in acute care as well as in stoma care
- You are a committed and broadly thinking personality and welcome interdisciplinary collaboration
- Your communication skills, sense of responsibility and business acumen complete your profile
