• Several years of successful experience in insurance and pension advisory
• A proven track record in acquisition and sustainable development of client relationships
• An excellent network in the region as well as the ability to gain new clients through recommendations and personal contacts
• High professional competence and enjoyment of holistic and needs-oriented advice
• A winning, trustworthy personality with pronounced closing strength and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented working style
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
