Property Accountant 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Independent management of property accounting (condominiums and rental properties)
Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
Reconciliation of tenant accounts and payment transactions
Preparation and creation of quarterly and annual financial statements
Support with budgeting as well as financial and operational accounting
Close collaboration with property managers and external auditors
Maintenance and administration of accounting data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk or in training for the professional certificate in finance and accounting)
Several years of professional experience in property accounting
Sound knowledge of property accounting and tenancy law is an advantage
Precise, independent and structured way of working
Proficient use of MS Office; experience with Abacus, Rimo or comparable industry software is an advantage
