Opportunity for Student Permanent Contract 2 Afternoons per Week

We are a well-established personnel placement agency in French-speaking Switzerland for over 15 years. We recruit staff for multinationals, SMEs, banks, insurance companies, and real estate.

Within our team, located in the centre of Lausanne, we offer a :

Tasks :

• Telephone calls to companies (business leaders, recruiters, HR managers, etc.)
  
• Gathering information or personnel requests by phone from companies and SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland
• Sending presentation brochures
• Following up on some of our candidate files
• Assisting with maintaining the company database
  

Required profile :

• 22 to 26 years old
• Possess a baccalaureate
  
• Starting your 2nd or 3rd year of Bachelor in September 2026 and available two to three afternoons per week (except Wednesday)
  
• Organised, trustworthy person, sales-oriented, sociable and very comfortable with contacts especially by telephone
  
• Motivated by the Human Resources field
  
• Some professional experience in customer contact (= an asset)
  
• Good computer skills
• Start date: October 2026 or to be agreed
  
• Reside in the Lausanne region (Morges-Yverdon-Vevey)
• Working hours: 14:00 - 16:45, 2-3 times per week, permanent employment contract
