In purchasing, you handle ongoing procurement processes and ensure complete order documentation.
You assist in coordinating purchasing conditions and contractual agreements with suppliers.
You track open material items together with the responsible internal departments.
Creating and managing orders and delivery agreements is part of your daily business.
In case of technical complaints, you organise the processing and coordinate the parties involved.
You receive incoming damage reports and initiate the necessary clarifications.
To assess technical incidents, you review external reports and measurement data.
You document results and damage progressions in comprehensible reports.
Qualifications:
A completed apprenticeship in a commercial or technical field forms your professional foundation.
Ideally, you have further training in purchasing or have already acquired relevant expertise.
You are familiar with the processes of ordering and material procurement.
Knowledge of cable technology or network infrastructure is desirable.
Experience in coordinating technical projects is helpful.
You work reliably and independently even with multiple parallel tasks.
You approach topics proactively, think along, and handle concerns in a service-oriented and efficient manner.
You communicate confidently in German and English; additional language skills in French or Italian are welcome.
