What is my role?

Our client from the university healthcare sector is looking for a Team Leader Administration Management (80-100%). In this responsible position, you can expect the following tasks:

• Professional and personnel management of a nine-member team in the area of Administration Management

• Representation of the team leadership in the area of debtor administration

• Recording and managing sender and patient data in the relevant systems

• Documentation of admission diagnoses and macroscopic findings according to dictation

• Providing invoice information as well as conducting clarifications and correspondence with health insurance companies, hospitals, doctors, authorities and patients

• Taking on general secretarial tasks

• Supporting the team in handling telephone enquiries

• Assisting with the reception area

What do I need to be successful?

For this responsible position, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in the administrative field and accounting as well as proven leadership experience

• Sound knowledge of medical terminology

• Confident handling of common IT applications and digital tools

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English and French skills

• Strong team orientation, assertiveness and high resilience

• Empathetic personality with pronounced social competence
