Role:
As a Service Technician Heating and Cooling Supply, you will ensure the reliable heating and cooling supply of our contracting customers in the city of Zurich together with your team. You will carry out inspections, maintenance, and fault repairs, optimise systems, and identify potential energy savings. With your technical know-how and solution-oriented working style, you ensure safe and efficient system operation.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out inspection, maintenance, and fault repair work on heating and cooling supply systems
Ensuring a reliable heating and cooling supply for our contracting customers
Independently resolving faults and initiating appropriate measures
Professional execution and complete documentation of the work performed
Identifying optimisation potentials and opportunities for energy savings
Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and operational processes
Close collaboration with internal teams and other specialist departments
Taking responsibility in the on-call service
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in building technology
Further training in maintenance is an advantage
Experience with MSRL systems
Good PC user skills
Independent, solution- and goal-oriented working style
Strong customer and team orientation
High sense of responsibility as well as reliable and structured working style
Willingness for on-call service
Driving licence category B
