We are looking for true professionals – not only on the road but also in logistics and our own workshops. Our state-of-the-art fleet of around 1,800 vehicles deserves regular maintenance and precise repairs. Are you ready to lend a hand?
- You accompany and support apprentices in their professional and personal development
- Imparting practical specialist knowledge in diagnosis, maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles is part of your duties
- You plan and coordinate the training content and ensure high-quality training
- You support apprentices in preparing for the qualification procedure and promote their independence
- As a professional and personal role model, you actively participate in the workshop operations
- A completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ specialising in commercial vehicles, truck, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic forms your basis
- Ideally, you already have experience as a trainer or are willing to complete the relevant further training
- You enjoy training and supporting young professionals
- Empathy, responsibility and solution orientation characterise you
- An independent and structured way of working is natural to you – quality and safety come first for you
