To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Senior Recovery Consultant who brings both professional expertise and experience in handling complex credit cases.

Senior Recovery Consultant

Your responsibilities include:

• Support and advice for recovery private and corporate clients
• Development of individual, tailored strategies and constructive restructuring solutions as well as definition of targeted measures
• Implementation of measures including conducting demanding client discussions and negotiations to prevent losses for the bank and avoid reputational damage
• Active management and taking responsibility for the recovery portfolio
• Handling of debt enforcement and bankruptcy cases
• Support of sales units with questions regarding potential risk positions

You will succeed with:

• Completed studies in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification
• Advanced banking or business administration training
• Several years of experience in recovery and/or advising commercial and corporate clients
• Analytical skills and structured working style
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and high resilience
