YOUR TASKS
- Primarily, you will focus on your personal and professional development and consolidate your skills in the role of a FH nurse, which you have acquired during your studies.
- You will accompany and support the nursing staff in the care and treatment of patients
- Your responsibilities also include nursing documentation and support in carrying out therapeutic measures.
- Furthermore, you will demonstrate motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration with different professional groups as well as our attending physicians and the nursing team.
- 10% of your deployment is dedicated to individually structured support offers by the Hirslanden Bern nursing development (case discussions, participation in the creation of concepts, guidelines and standards, involvement in projects, support in handling error reports, insight into various areas such as the role of nursing expert Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist, wound expert, OR).
YOUR PROFILE
- You are in the final phase of your training as a qualified FH nurse and still need Additional Module B to complete your qualification
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for nursing and caring for people
- Team spirit as well as a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
