Job Description
The Inter-Company Occupational Pension Fund (CIEPP), a recognised joint foundation active notably in French-speaking Switzerland in the second pillar, grouping more than 10,000 companies and self-employed persons, insuring 50,000 insured persons and 6,200 pensioners.
Your main activities:
- Processing pension cases (old age, disability, death);
- Management and payment of exit benefits, early withdrawal for home ownership encouragement, divorce certificate and payment as well as release of contributions in case of incapacity to work;
- Management of pensioners’ accounts;
- Relations with insured persons, pensioners, beneficiaries and affiliates of our Pension Institution (correspondence, telephone, counter).
Profile sought
Your qualifications:
- You hold a commercial employee CFC/maturity certificate or equivalent; a diploma in social insurance or pension provision is an asset;
- You have good knowledge of social insurance, ideally in LPP, or show a keen interest in this field;
- You have perfect command of French both spoken and written and are comfortable with drafting;
- You have good knowledge of English and/or German: an asset;
- You are comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);

- You have a great capacity for learning;
- You are very organised and know how to manage priorities;
- You are quick in carrying out your tasks while demonstrating rigour and precision;
