You lead the areas of accounting, IT, and procurement
You are responsible for financial management, budgeting, multi-year planning, and controlling according to HRM2
You further develop reporting, controlling, and financial processes
You manage the digitalisation and further development of the IT landscape
You ensure efficient procurement and contract processes
You support the office management with strategic and organisational issues
You manage financial aspects of the real estate portfolio as well as construction and investment projects
Qualifications:
University degree in business administration, financial management, public management, or a comparable field
Several years of professional and leadership experience in finance, administration, and ideally real estate
Very good knowledge of public accounting according to HRM2, controlling, and budgeting
Experience with real estate, investment, IT, and organisational projects
Structured, communicative, and implementation-strong leadership personality
