For an established company in the graphic industry we are looking for a committed personality for the internal sales department
No day is like the other: varied orders, exciting daily business and a working environment that inspires.
Daily Business
- Process customer enquiries & prepare quotations
- Coordinate orders & prepare production documents
- Customer consulting (printing & production options)
- Ensure appointments, quality & production processes
- Support sales campaigns & help shape processes
Background
- Training in the graphic industry
- Experience in digital printing or media production
- Knowledge of graphic ERP systems (e.g. PrintPlus) is an advantage
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High customer orientation and organisational talent
