Your tasks:
- Comprehensive operational support of the assigned areas throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from entry through assessment, development, and remuneration to exit
- Competent and solution-oriented advice to managers on strategic and operational HR matters
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process as well as co-designing an attractive employer positioning
- Active participation in the further development, harmonisation, and standardisation of HR processes
- Optimisation of the HR information system and support in the further digitalisation of the HR department
- Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements as well as internal guidelines and processes
- Participation in personnel strategy, personnel planning, and organisational development
- Preparation of meaningful HR analyses and derivation of appropriate measures
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training with further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a comparable role as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an industrial company or in the food industry
- Sound knowledge in modern recruitment and enthusiasm for attracting suitable talents and inspiring them for the company in the long term
- Initiative, flexible and proactive personality with entrepreneurial thinking and a strong service orientation
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as a structured way of working – even in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, organisational talent, and enthusiasm for diverse HR topics
- Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with Abacus or a comparable HR information system
