IT Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF65,000 - 80,000Role:
In this role, you immerse yourself in the daily IT routine of users and ensure that their working environment functions smoothly. You take on the receipt, analysis, and processing of support requests, providing competent assistance with hardware and software issues. You support installations, configurations, and updates of IT workstations, actively contributing to system stability. Additionally, you carefully document requests and solutions to sustainably secure knowledge and continuously improve processes. Through your service-oriented and eager-to-learn approach, you gradually develop into the central contact person for IT user support.
Responsibilities:
- You handle customer enquiries in first- and second-level support and resolve technical problems.
- In this role, you install, update, and support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber.
- You assist Apple users with your basic knowledge of the Mac operating system.
- As an IT user support specialist, you install, maintain, and repair printers, computers, and other peripheral devices.
- You maintain and update tickets for all reported incidents and communicate status and solutions promptly.
- In this role, you use diagnostic tools to analyse and resolve issues with network connections and workstation hardware/software.
Qualifications:
- You have a valid work permit for Switzerland.
- You have already gained several years of experience in the IT field.
