Operational Buyer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Independent handling of orders and monitoring of the entire ordering process
Obtaining, checking and comparing supplier offers
Recording and processing orders in the ERP system
Monitoring delivery dates and tracking open orders
Checking and processing order confirmations
Communication and coordination with national and international suppliers
Handling delivery deviations, complaints and returns
Maintenance and updating of article, price and supplier master data
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training or technical training with commercial experience
Professional experience in purchasing
Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
Technical understanding and interest in industrial products and processes advantageous
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
Independent, structured and careful working style
Organisational talent and strong sense of responsibility
Communication skills and enjoyment in contact with suppliers and internal contacts
Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
High service orientation and a solution-oriented mindset
