Role:
An established Swiss financial company that supports private individuals and businesses with demanding questions around wealth, pension provision and financial planning.
The advisory offering combines various specialist areas such as investment advice, asset management, taxes, insurance, real estate, mortgages and estate planning.
Employees work with various specialists and gain insight into complex financial issues where professional accuracy and long-term customer relationships play an important role.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the payroll mandates of our clients and ensure timely payroll processing including administration and accounting.
As deputy to the Head of Payroll Services, you support the team in professional management and take on additional responsibility during absences.
You are a competent contact person for clients and employees on complex questions regarding payroll, social insurance and labour law.
You reliably carry out monthly and year-end social insurance and tax accounting and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
For new client mandates and projects, you accompany the implementation, take responsibility for defined sub-areas and ensure a smooth start.
Qualifications:
A federal diploma as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist forms your professional foundation.
You bring solid payroll experience and feel confident even with demanding client mandates.
Self-responsibility, willingness to learn and enjoyment in developing services further are among your strengths.
You act in a customer-oriented and solution-oriented manner and can communicate complex payroll topics clearly.
Good IT skills and initial experience with Abacus complete your technical profile.
Very good German and English.
