In this role as Junior IT System Engineer, you will immerse yourself in the world of modern IT infrastructures and take on initial responsibility for the support and further development of systems. You will assist in the operation and monitoring of servers, networks and applications, contributing to a stable IT environment. You will actively participate in installations, configurations and updates and become familiar with established standards and best practices. You will analyse simple faults, assist with troubleshooting and help ensure IT services are reliably available. In this way, you will gradually expand your technical know-how and develop into a responsible engineer role.
Responsibilities:
You take on 1st and 2nd level support and competently support our customers on site
You reliably manage user accounts, access rights and Microsoft 365 services
By monitoring IT systems, you detect faults early and resolve them in a solution-oriented manner
Additionally, you support exciting customer projects and actively contribute
Qualifications:
A completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification forms your professional basis
Initial support experience is advantageous and facilitates your entry
You work structured, reliably and solution-oriented and show initiative
You bring a category B driving licence as well as flawless German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
