CNC Machine Operator (M/F)

Your mission:

Do you work in aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, industry or a manual trade, and wish to move towards a precision profession?

Your tasks
- Operate and feed automated production installations
- Perform manual touch-ups on small components (using tweezers)
- Carry out start-up checks and ensure production continuity
- Anticipate needs for consumables and tools
- Actively participate in continuous improvement (quality, process, performance)
- Strictly adhere to procedures and quality standards

Your profile:

Desired profile
- Technical training (CFC, professional baccalaureate) or experience in industry, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, microtechnology or a meticulous manual field
- Initial experience with automated machines is an advantage
- Beginners accepted with strong motivation and learning ability

Key skills
- Excellent manual dexterity (working on small components)
- Comfortable with computer tools (SAP: a plus)
- Good command of French
- Ability to follow strict and paced procedures
