You receive claim notifications via all channels for all insurance branches and are responsible for their processing.

You take the necessary immediate measures as quickly as possible and maintain close contact with all parties involved. 

What You Bring

• Training in the insurance sector
• Solid professional experience in claims handling
• Motivated by the idea of providing professional support to clients who have suffered a claim and playing an active role in claims management
• Independent by nature, responsible and customer-oriented
• Very good knowledge of German; any other language is an advantage

To perform this role, the Insurance Supervision Act requires the AFA insurance intermediary training, non-life profile. If this certificate is not available, we will gladly assist you by organising tailored internal training courses.
