Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a 100% restaurant manager

Under the supervision of the Director, the main responsibilities and duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Consistently providing professional, welcoming and warm service
• Supervising and leading the team
• Having thorough knowledge of the dishes offered by the kitchen, the accompaniments, ingredients and preparation methods
• Preparing the dining rooms and the terrace
• Respecting established service standards
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the dining rooms and service areas at all times
• Managing deliveries and stock
• Applying all health and hygiene procedures when handling food and beverages
• Performing other tasks that may be assigned

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, with a minimum level of B2
• Strong competence in English, also written and spoken, minimum level B2
• Knowledge of another language is an asset
• Previous experience in the luxury catering sector
• At least two years of experience in a similar context
• Remarkable interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Proactive approach and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to be autonomous while knowing how to collaborate with a team
• Ability to focus on customer needs while remaining calm and courteous in all circumstances
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential to professional conduct
