Luxury Beauty Advisor / Perfumery (70–80%) – Long-term Assignment

For one of our clients, a recognised player in the beauty and luxury sector, we are looking for an experienced Beauty Advisor for a 70–80% assignment, with a start date planned very soon. Long-term temporary assignment.

Your tasks

• Welcome, advise and build loyalty with a demanding clientele,
• Offer a high-end customer experience, in line with luxury codes,
• Promote perfumery and beauty products through personalised advice,
• Actively participate in achieving commercial objectives,
• Ensure the impeccable presentation of the sales area and compliance with brand standards.

Your profile

• Proven experience in selective perfumery sales or in the luxury sector, ideally in Geneva,
• Excellent knowledge of perfumery products and premium beauty codes,
• Neat appearance, service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills,
• Dynamic, flexible and results-oriented,
• Native French speaker with an excellent level of English (minimum C1).
