- You lead your team of around 8 people, inspire those who work with you, and help them achieve their goals and develop.
- Your leadership style manages to unite the needs of your employees and the targets of your agencies for the benefit of all.
- You are a professional at networking – our relationships with private as well as framework contract customers continue to grow thanks to you.
- You are also on the front line yourself, looking after our customers.
- You represent our professional appearance externally to our customers, but also to potential future employees.
- In your role, you always look beyond the immediate and consider future perspectives and opportunities for your agencies.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: It shows that you enjoy working with people – you approach topics openly and your positive manner is contagious.
- You are a motivated and valuable personality with a strong sales and target orientation and ideally have higher education in business administration or insurance.
- You already have experience in leading employees in sales. You can respond well to others, are interested in your team’s needs, and can find joint solutions.
- You have a solution-oriented attitude and, thanks to your high resilience, can handle unexpected situations and periods of heavy workload.
- Thanks to your confident and audience-appropriate communication in German, you find it easy to interact across different levels.
- You have a large network of contacts and preferably live in the region.
