Team Leader Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 23 guests
• Co-responsibility for recruiting new employees
• Planning and conducting team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports
• Responsible for organising ward processes, implementing work procedures and duty planning with Polypoint PEP
• Leadership and management, participation as team leader in nursing reports, nursing specialist discussions and
• Co-responsibility for implementing internal concepts
• Active involvement in the further development of nursing services in the operation
• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Taking on tasks as daily responsibility and nursing contact person
• Taking on tasks as topic leader in a specialist subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• RAI knowledge is an advantage or willingness to attend the coordinator and supervisor courses (paid for)
