The Hälg Group is a leading service provider for building technology and facility management. As a Swiss family business, we are present at over twenty locations in Switzerland. For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Technical Team Leader for our branch in Zurich from 1 June 2026 or by arrangement.Your Challenge
- Compliance with and implementation of the valid occupational safety and health protection concept (AS/GS)
- Representation of the company through customer-oriented service delivery
- Responsibility for a partnership-based relationship with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring the flow of information to all subordinate employees
- Performance of tasks within the framework of the company’s valid regulations, instructions and process specifications
- Contact person for directly subordinate employees and the associated interfaces
- Operation of building technology systems
- Operation of the building management system
- Execution or organisation of repair and maintenance work on building services systems and facilities
- Conducting technical inspection rounds in the assigned properties
- Management and use of operational management tools (ERP, CAFM, MyHFM, FSM, etc.)
- Participation in mandate implementations
- Fault analysis and fault rectification
- Provision of on-call service
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in the HVACSE sector, specialist in operational maintenance
- Further training as a maintenance specialist, technical business administrator or similar
- Safety officer advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field of activity
- Fluent German skills, any additional language advantageous
- Confident IT skills
- Knowledge of fire protection advantageous
- Service-, result- and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Responsible, reliable, team-oriented and resilient personality
- High commitment and initiative
- Hands-on mentality
- Precise, proactive, independent and forward-looking working style
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Driving licence category B
