Your tasks

• Active support of the Sales Engineers throughout the entire sales process
  
• Handling of quotations and orders as well as telephone and written customer support
  
• Calculation and creation of tailored offers
  
• Managing commercial and technical customer correspondence in German, French, and English
  
• Periodic and systematic follow-up of offers as well as sustainable contact maintenance
  
• Supporting the sales team in order processing and preparation of final documentation
  
• Reliable maintenance and updating of master data in the ERP system
  

Your skills

• Completed commercial basic training or technical education with commercial further training
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the construction ancillary industry
• A high level of technical understanding and enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Strong service orientation as well as coordination and organisational talent
• Solid PC skills and proficient use of modern ERP systems
• Fluent German skills (native level) as well as good English skills, French skills are a great plus
• Team player mentality, a proactive hands-on attitude, helpfulness, and resilience
