We are looking for a

Audiovisual Technical Support (m/f)

Your tasks

• Prepare and commission audiovisual equipment before meetings.
• Ensure the proper functioning of conference systems (audio, microphones, interpretation, display and videoconferencing).
• Support users and respond to their technical needs during events.
• Identify and resolve technical incidents to guarantee the continuity of conferences.
• Carry out first-level checks and report anomalies requiring specialised intervention.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure quality service.

Profile sought

• Experience in operating or supporting audiovisual and conference systems.
• Good command of audio, video and videoconferencing equipment.
• Service-minded, responsive and able to work under pressure.
• Team spirit, autonomy and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is appreciated.
