Construction & Retail Transformation Manager (m/f/d) 80–100 %

As Construction & Retail Transformation Manager, you actively participate in the development of the BENU pharmacy network. You lead demanding transformation, renovation and redevelopment projects from conception to completion. You also play a central role in coordinating between internal teams, external partners and our various sites.

The core of your role:

As Construction & Retail Transformation Manager (m/f/d) 80–100 %, you will be responsible for:

• Overall management of Retail, renovation and transformation projects, including planning, establishing and monitoring budgets, cost control and schedule management.

• Development and optimisation of pharmacy concepts in collaboration with Sales, Expansion, Marketing teams and other partners.

• Coordination of architects, site managers, specialised planners, general contractors and craft companies.

• Technical monitoring of projects on site as well as professional collaboration, on an equal footing, with construction partners and craft companies.

• Preparation of investment budgets, business cases and decision-making bases for management.

• Continuous development of standards and processes in construction, maintenance and occupational safety.

What makes your heart beat:

• Completed training in a technical field, construction, architecture, Facility Management or equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in managing complex construction, renovation or transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management as well as experience in managing budgets, costs and suppliers.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to drive projects forward independently.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities with management, architects, site managers and craft companies.

• Ability to clearly explain technical topics and implement pragmatic solutions.

• Structured and solution-oriented working method, with a high sense of responsibility.

• Very good knowledge of German or French as well as good knowledge of the other language; knowledge of English is an advantage.
