Operational Buyer Industry 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is a company from the manufacturing industry that procures and processes technical materials and products. Efficient purchasing processes and close collaboration between various departments play a central role.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the operational order processing of technical components and trade goods.
You monitor delivery dates and coordinate deviations directly with suppliers.
You support purchasing in day-to-day business by implementing procurement guidelines.
You conduct price and condition negotiations within your area of responsibility.
Together with internal departments, you coordinate material requirements and product availability.
You manage inventory planning and disposition for selected items.
You check invoice items and allocate costs to the appropriate accounts.
You support departments in development orders and internal improvement projects, especially in processes based on LEAN principles.
Qualifications:
Vocational training in commercial, technical or logistics fields.
Practical experience in industrial procurement, preferably for technical goods.
Good knowledge of collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Good user skills in common MS Office programmes.
Economic thinking and the ability to objectively assess offers and costs.
Reliable, structured working style with technical understanding.
Initiative, negotiation skills and interest in optimising existing processes.
Very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English.
