Polymechanic or Production Mechanic EFZ 100% (2-shift)

• Setting up CNC machines and systems
• Tool preparation, creation of the winding programme and calibration
• Developing possibilities to sustainably improve processes
• Responsible for quality and meeting deadlines
• Active participation in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• General mechanical work on the systems

• Technical basic training mandatory (e.g. mechanic, production mechanic, polymechanic, etc.)
• Experience with small parts; ideally experience in the metal industry
• Experience in automated assembly processes and systems
• Good to very good German language skills
• Analytical skills, strong sensitivity and resilience
• Physically fit (partly standing work)
