Flooring Installer

Flooring Installer (M/F)

1. Preparation of the site and substrates

• Check the conformity of surfaces (flatness, moisture, cleanliness, porosity).

• Apply adhesion primers and carry out levelling (self-levelling or fibre-reinforced).

• Take exact measurements of the room and plan the layout (layout plan, direction of installation).

Cutting and laying of coverings
Install a variety of coverings according to the specifications:

• Flexible floors: PVC, linoleum, vinyl (in rolls or LVT tiles/planks), rubber, carpet.

• Parquet: floating or glued installation.

• Carry out hot or cold welding for PVC/linoleum floors and waterproof skirting upturns (hospital environments, kitchens, sanitary areas).

Finishing and inspections

• Install finishing accessories: skirting boards, threshold bars, stair nosings, sealing joints.

Profile sought:

• You have a Federal VET Diploma as a floor layer.

• You hold a driving licence.

• You have a sense of responsibility and initiative.

• You are dynamic and enjoy working in a team.
