For one of our partners in the Bernese Jura region, we are looking for several motivated, caring and professional Swiss Red Cross Healthcare Assistants (M/F/D) to strengthen the existing teams for temporary assignments.

Region: Bernese Jura
Activity rate: 40% to 80%
Contract type: Temporary work / Interim

Your profile

• Holder of the Swiss Red Cross Healthcare Assistant certificate;
• Ideally with some experience in a nursing home, care facility or similar environment;
• Comfortable with basic care and supporting elderly people;
• Caring, patient and attentive;
• Respectful of the person, their privacy and habits;
• Reliable, punctual and responsible;
• Able to work independently while appreciating teamwork;
• Flexible and available for temporary assignments;

With a good ability to adapt to different environments and teams

Your mission

• Ensure basic care and daily support for residents;
• Perform hygiene and comfort care: washing, dressing, assistance with getting up and going to bed, etc.;
• Support residents in daily life activities, maximising their autonomy;
• Assist with meals and ensure the comfort of those cared for;
• Be attentive to the general condition and needs of residents;
• Observe and communicate important information to the care team;
• Help maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment;
• Participate in respectful and individualised care;
• Collaborate with nurses and the entire team to ensure quality care.
