What you can contribute to
- Collaborate in the field of "health services" and "quality measurement"
- Successfully carry out all activities related to scientific projects (planning, design, implementation and publication), independently or within a small team
- Internal and external coordination of scientific projects (clients or working groups)
- Independently ensure the implementation of other client mandates at organisational and content level
- Present results to clients and at conferences
- Support internal knowledge transfer (e.g. specific knowledge of data sources, methods or statistical programming)
What makes you unique
- University degree in social or human sciences, medicine, economics, epidemiology or health sciences
- Analytical and conceptual mind, ability to think about a problem from several angles; ability to describe complex realities in an understandable way; goal- and result-oriented working method
- Experience in empirical and quantitative research as well as project management in the field of health services research or public health
- Very good writing skills in German or French, as well as a good knowledge of a second official language
- Initiative in teamwork, communication skills, ability to work independently

The Federal Statistical Office (FSO) is the competence centre for public statistics and the main player in the Swiss data ecosystem.
