We are currently looking for a motivated and meticulous Content Manager to support the publication and quality control of digital content, while ensuring an optimal customer experience.
Job Description
- Ensure quality control (QA) of content before publication.
- Implement and monitor promotions across various digital channels.
- Publish, update, and maintain online content.
- Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of disseminated information.
- Work closely with marketing, digital, content, and product teams.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes related to digital operations.
- Contribute to the optimisation of the online customer experience.
Profile Sought
- Initial experience in digital content management, website administration, or digital operations.
- Good command of IT tools and a strong interest in the digital environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Meticulous, autonomous, and proactive individual.
- Comfortable working with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of French; English is an advantage.
- Interest in digital, marketing, and customer experience fields.
